[util] Biotech Acceleration power

On Thursday, January 30th, National Grid will be securing power to the Biotech Accelerator Building to replace a power pole.
Emergency Generators will be online, supplying power to critical loads (Heating/Ventilation/Penthouse -80 freezer farm) from 7a-3 pm. It is possible the power could be on around lunchtime but for planning purposes, please expect it to last thru 3 pm.
The elevator will not have available power to operate.
In the event a major issue develops when the power is secured, please contact the Maintenance Operation Center (MOC) at 4-4230, so that our electricians can assess whether temporary power resolution can be implemented.
