[board-unyoc] exhibitor planning situation

Hi Everyone,
It seems that SUNY staff are not allowed to participate in vendor planning
as part of our annual meeting.  In consideration of this situation, I am
proposing that we separate exhibitor coordination out as a sub-part of
conference planning.  I would be willing to lend support to the person(s)
willing to coordinate.

Here is a draft of what I would like to send out to the UNYOC list if ok
with all of you:

"If you are NOT at a SUNY library and if you are looking to get involved
with UYNOC, we need a cheerful and willing volunteer to be our exhibit
coordinator for 2019.  Much of the background work is already done, and our
former exhibit coordinator, Liz Irish, is available to answer any
questions.  Please contact me offline if interested.
Thank you!"
