Apologies for the last minute nature of this meeting.  As a committee, we all agreed upon this date back in February. However, unforeseen circumstances interfered with the process of sending out timely reminders and meeting requests. Hi there!

Just a clarification – I meant that the chapter council alternate would be called the vice chapter council, with the intention of them moving into the chapter council role. It is that way in some of the documents already, but not all.

I don’t want them to have to become vice chair of the chapter.
