Good morning UNYOC executive!
A time sensitive matter has come up and I would like to invite input from the executive committee.
Currently, Ginger’s personal credit card has been on file with Wild Apricot to pay our monthly subscription fees for webhosting. This is not sustainable, and I asked Ginger whether the chapter can  be invoiced so the fees can come straight from our account. We have a fee payment due soon.

Ginger has inquired with Wild Apricot and has learned that if we switch to a yearly membership not only will WA send an invoice to be paid once a year, the chapter will also benefit from a 10% discount. The annual fee is $777.60.

As per WA’s message (below), it is preferred that we make a move on this as urgently, before our next payment is due.

I am inclined to move forward with paying our WA fees annually because we can a) save 10%, and b) be invoiced annually and the fees can be paid directly from our Chapter account, rather than the Treasurer.

Kindly share any feedback with me before end of day today. Ginger will be required to lock in a rate before Tuesday.

Hi,

If you would like to continue on a monthly plan, a credit card on file is required.

If you would like to switch to a 1 year or 2 year plan, I can send you an invoice.

If you would like to remain on the Group plan, you can save by switching to the 1-year Group plan (10% discount) or the 2-year Group plan (15% discount) before your March renewal date. The cost of the 1-year Group (+PSSF) plan is $777.60 USD (including the 10% discount) and the 2-year Group (+PSSF) plan is $1468.80 USD.

If you wait till after your March payment to switch to a 1-year/2-year plan, your renewal date will fall in April. All renewals on 1 April 2023 or later are subject to the pricing increase. Our system will automatically detect that your renewal date is after the effective date so we will not be able to honour the price listed above.

So looks like we can get invoiced if we switch to an annual plan. Obviously we should do that. One year or two is something I think the exec team should decide.
