[board-unyoc] Fw: Upstate New York and Ontario Chapter (UNYOC) website

This has com up so many times over the years! We always decide not to
share, with the exception of conference attendees and registered vendors.

MLA right now is not making the member directory available due to concerns
with the current administration.

I agree with Olivia, if we haven’t we should come up with
guidelines/policy.
