[board-unyoc] UNYOC-L questions for the board

Hello,

I am writing because I think we need some consensus about how to treat vendors that are members. Since they are paid members, it seems like they should be added to the list. We just need to have guidelines or policies in place about what can be shared on the list.

I would also like to trim the list because there are people on it that are not current members.

  *   Active members on the list - 57
  *   Active members not on the list - 8, including someone from TDNet and another person from Third Iron. I would like to add these people.
  *   Lapsed members on the list - 20 Leave them or remove them?
  *   Lapsed members not on the list - 4  What should I do about these people? My inclination is to leave this alone.
  *   People on the list that are not active or lapsed members - 58 I think these people should be removed.

Please let me know what you think.
