While planning a call for nominations for our 2023 Executive Board, which include a call for a new Member-at-Large, East, it came to my attention that there is no evidence in the UNYOC policy or procedure manual that requires one member-at-large
to represent Western New York and one to represent Eastern New York. Looking at our current and historical procedures manuals, the stipulation for our three Member-at-large positions is only that one must represent Ontario.

Can anyone on the board provide insight into the East/West requirement for the other two members-at-large? If there is no historical memory of this being an agreed up on arrangement, I would like to invite the board to consider opening
our vacant member-at-large position to any person in NY, regardless of their geographic location.
