<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve tried to register for the event as a vendor a few times using logos uploaded by Elsevier in the past as well as putting my company name in as Elsevier (I thought perhaps the backend of the system was interpreting your registration
as a duplicate of something already-existing), but I was unable to replicate the issue you’re having.<o:p></o:p></p>

I wonder if it has something to do with an error in certain browsers; I tested things in Microsoft Edge.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">Have you tried canceling the registration form, exiting out of the browser (perhaps clearing the cache as well) and starting the form anew?<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">Would you be able to send me screenshots of the form immediately before the error and then a screenshot of the error itself? Alternately we could schedule a Zoom meeting and you could share your screen with
me so I can see the error. <o:p></o:p></li></ol>
