Upstate Community Hospital - Basement West Entrance Now Available for Staff Entry & Self Screening

At Community, the Basement West Entrance ("Cafeteria Entrance") is now available for staff entry and self-screening.

Similar to other entrances, staff & students will need to use their Upstate ID to gain access to the building and then Self Screen using the hand sanitizer, taking a mask and one of the following three ways:

  *   Scan barcode on Upstate ID upon entry attesting to the standard Covid statements.
