Dear Colleagues,

Please extend a warm welcome to Dr. Emily Ferris who joins our Behavior Analysis Studies program as Assistant Professor.  Dr. Ferris earned a B.A. degree in Psychology at the University of Connecticut,  a M.S. degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Saint Joseph and her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Nebraska Medical center.

Dr. Ferris is a behavior analyst and researcher whose work focuses on advancing behavioral assessment and interventions through innovative virtual reality systems. She brings extensive experience in behavioral research, graduate teaching, and clinical work with children with autism. Beyond her professional work, Dr. Ferris enjoys coding and playing video games, trying new craft projects, and spending time outside (when the world is not frozen).
