Dear Colleagues,

Please extend a warm welcome to Dr. Rodriguez who joins as Medical Director for our Physician Assistant Studies program.  Jim was born and raised in Mamaroneck and is an alumnus of SUNY Upstate Medical University (Doctor of Medicine, 2003).  After finishing his residency in Emergency Medicine at NYU, Jim and his wife took refuge in Cape Cod while raising their three children and working there for 13 years until relocating back to NY in 2019.  Jim said he is happy to be back where he started training and looks forward to contributing to our remarkable program.

When not working or teaching, Jim enjoys running, hiking, and lifting weights with his children, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, and pretending he has lost internet access while at the beach.
