Today’s session will focus on Imposter Syndrome, presented by Casey Griffin from the Counseling Center.

Have you ever questioned whether you’re really qualified, wondered if you’re “good enough,” or felt like you’re just waiting for someone to realize you don’t belong?

You’re not alone. Join us as Casey leads a conversation about imposter syndrome, how it shows up, and strategies for navigating those feelings.

This is a great opportunity to explore the feelings of self-doubt and uncertainty that can show up even when we are capable and successful and learn strategies to navigate them.
