Dear Team,
To support the Weiskotten Hall Electrical Upgrade Project, select power panels must be DE-ENERGIZED to allow work to be completed safely.
As part of this process, WHA Lab Air and Lab Vacuum services will be temporarily shut down. Tenants with ongoing experiments that rely on Lab Air or Lab Vacuum will need to ensure their equipment is properly disconnected prior to the shutdown.
We are requesting to schedule this work for January 28th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
We also ask that tenants be present during this time to assist in identifying any unexpected equipment outages. This will allow us to update our documentation accurately and address any unforeseen issues promptly.
If any concerns or issues arise during the shutdown, tenants should notify one of the following contacts immediately:
