Subject: Listserve for WH Addition Electrical Project

All,

As you know there is an electrical switchgear update project in progress in the WH addition.  This has, and will continue to, require frequent interruptions in electrical service to various locations and for varied durations.

John Ders (copied) is the project manager and has been diligent in providing notifications of when and where these shutdowns will be occurring.  It has come to his attention that not everyone has been receiving these email notifications.

Attached are instruction for signing up for the listserve.  Please share this information with all faculty and staff in the WH addition and encourage them to sign up to ensure they are notified of shutdowns that will impact their areas.

If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to John.
