Good Morning,
To support the ongoing WHA power upgrade project, the electrical contractor will be performing a planned Normal Power Shutdown and Fire Pump Shutdown at WHA.
Please review the details below:
Utility / Service Affected:
☒ Electrical – Normal Power
☒ Fire Protection System – Fire Pump
Date:
Monday, July 27, 2026
Time:
Normal Power Shutdown: Approximately 6:30 AM
Estimated Duration: Less than 1 hour
Fire Pump Maintenance: Approximately 10 hours following restoration of normal power
Location:
WHA – Entire Building
Impact:

  *   Normal electrical power will be temporarily unavailable throughout WHA beginning at approximately 6:30 AM.

  *   The normal power interruption is expected to last less than one hour.

  *   Emergency power will remain operational during the outage.

  *   Following restoration of normal power, the contractor will continue required work involving the fire pump system, which is expected to last approximately 10 hours.
Additional Information:
Departments should plan accordingly for the temporary interruption of normal power and monitor any sensitive equipment as needed during the outage.
