Dear College of Health Professions Community,
As National Rehabilitation Awareness Week comes to a close, I want to take a moment to recognize and thank the many members of our college whose work contributes to helping individuals recover, adapt, regain independence, and improve their quality of life.
Over the past several weeks, I have had the opportunity to meet many of you and learn more about our programs and the important work taking place across the College. I continue to be impressed by the expertise, compassion, and commitment I see in all of our faculty, staff, students, and clinical partners.
While my clinical background is in physical therapy, one of the things I value most about the College of Health Professions is the way our diverse disciplines work together to improve the lives of the people and communities we serve.
Thank you for all that you do each day. I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you and look forward to building on our shared successes in the months ahead.
Regards,
Doug
