 I am deeply committed to advocacy for students, clinicians, faculty, and staff. Since entering academia in July 2024, I have gained valuable insight into the operational and educational needs across College of Health Professions programs. I am interested in
 contributing to shared governance by fostering cross-program collaboration, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance faculty support and student success. Serving on the Dean’s Advisory Committee would allow
 me to represent CHP faculty perspectives at the University level and advocate for policies, resources, and initiatives that help the College of Health Professions continue to grow and thrive.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
