front of the graduates facing the stage. This is done intentionally to show that the students are recommended by the faculty for the conferral of their degree as noted by each dean during the ceremony. It is also a great way to support the students you have
been teaching during their time at Upstate. Please fill out the link below by Sunday, April 26 if you are attending this year so we have enough seats. We ask that faculty be in full academic regalia – robe, tam, and hood (if earned).</span></p>

to get ready for the ceremony. We will secure the space when the ceremony begins if you would like to leave any personal items in the room. The Multipurpose Room is to the first room to right of the main entrance. For reference here is the procession order:
Students, Faculty, Stage Party. There will be many student affairs staff on hand the day of the ceremony to help coordinate and manage the flow of everything.</span></p>
