<p class="elementtoproof" style="background:white"><span style="color:#242424">In support of the ongoing WHA power upgrade project, another phase of power outages will be starting in the next couple of weeks and will only affect the north end of WHA.  We will
 be working to identify the rooms that will be affected and the affected circuit will be labeled
</span><span style="font-size:18.0pt;color:#242424;background:yellow">ELP-N (ELP-BN, ELP-1N, ELP-6N etc</span><span style="font-size:18.0pt;color:#242424">).   </span><span style="color:#242424">I will be coming around to speak with everyone before we start
 so that no critical equipment is missed.  Below is a list of rooms that have an ELP-N circuit:</span><o:p></o:p></p>
