Perfusion.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;mso-ligatures:none">As a 2022 Clinical Perfusion graduate, Michael is excited to be back as faculty</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;color:black;mso-ligatures:none">
teaching in the classroom with a big focus in simulation instruction, scenario design, and student feedback. Before becoming a perfusionist, Michael spent nine years as a surgical technologist, which gave him a strong appreciation for what's happening in
the surgical field and shapes how he will approach building realistic, practical learning experiences for students. Over the last four years, Michael worked as a perfusionist at Rochester General Hospital and St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;color:black;mso-ligatures:none">Outside of work, Michael loves tinkering with computer programming, electronics, or woodworking. He and his wife share their home with two cats
and a 9-month-old black lab/golden retriever mix. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
