<span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif; font-size:12pt">As a 2022 Clinical Perfusion graduate, Michael is excited to be back as faculty</span><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif; font-size:12pt; color:black"> teaching in the classroom with a big focus
in simulation instruction, scenario design, and student feedback. Before becoming a perfusionist, Michael spent nine years as a surgical technologist, which gave him a strong appreciation for what's happening in the surgical field and shapes how he will approach
building realistic, practical learning experiences for students. Over the last four years, Michael worked as a perfusionist at Rochester General Hospital and St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany.</span></p>

<span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif; font-size:12pt; color:black">Outside of work, Michael loves tinkering with computer programming, electronics, or woodworking. He and his wife share their home with two cats and a 9-month-old black lab/golden retriever
