The PICU team at Oishei Children’s Hospital will be providing an excellent opportunity to residents, physicians, fellows, and all members of the *healthcare team from May 21-22, 2022. *Target Audience: nursing staff including charge RNs, APNs, EMS/ED personnel, residents/fellows PGY-2 and above, chief residents, hospitalists, respiratory therapists and others who take care of pediatric patients.
PFCCS is focused on providing attendees with a firm foundation for stabilizing pediatric patients when a PICU specialist is not readily available.  All health professionals can benefit from attending, both in terms of their current training and future prospects as they pursue fellowships. The participants obtain the 3rd Edition textbook on Pediatric Fundamentals of Critical Care Support, Pediatric CME (15.5 AMA Category-1) for the 2-day attendance, as well as completion certificate for qualified candidates after post-test.  Breakfast, lunch, snacks for the 2-day duration is included.  This session is limited to 20 participants, on a first-come first-serve basis.

Course Registration Fee: $220 *** SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILALBLE!!
Arrangements have been made for FLRTC grant funds to cover the cost of registration for registrants from the Western Region (WNY & FLR).  Scholarships are available to CNY participants as well – please contact Kelsey Wagner<mailto:WagneKel at upstate.edu> for details.
Registrants are still required to submit a $220 deposit with registration to hold the slot…but checks will be voided upon successful course completion. No Shows will not be reimbursed. Seats are limited and will not be held until the deposit is received.

Once registration & deposit is received you will be contacted to retrieve your course book. Please obtain SCCM 3rd edition textbook at the time of registration so you have enough time to review before the actual course.  Arrangements can be made to ship textbooks to non-local registrants AFTER deposit is received.
