[Cwb-roc-cc-utility] CWB Water Shutdown

Saturday, 12/31/22,  starting at 8 AM, there will be a domestic water shutdown for the CWB and the ROC Building for a duration of approximately 6 hours.

The repairs are necessary to maintain domestic water supply to both buildings.
