[Cwb-roc-cc-utility] CWB Steam Shutdown

In order to safely work on a steam leak, the heating for the building and domestic hot water has been secured. Equipment adjustments have been made to minimize the impacts.

We are working with multiple contractors to restore as quickly as possible and expect to resume normal operations late this morning.

We apologize for the inconvenience this short notification may cause.
