[Cwb-roc-cc-utility] CWB steam failure

Due to a catastrophic failure of a steam connection in the CWB basement hallway, we are securing the heating steam feeding the CWB.



We have taken all actions to minimize any extreme cooling. Repairs are expected to be completed within two hours
