[epicallusers] Important Results Information-Clarify how to safely interpret results from the Storyboard

Important Notice: Results that show in the pop-up hover reports on the Storyboard are sorted by the last time the result was updated.  The sorting is not necessarily in the same order as when new results were finalized.   Background changes to results, that are sometimes made within the system, will bring them back to the top of the list- even if there is no clinical change to the results.
