Epic Upgrade Downtime on Saturday April 10, 2021
The Epic Production System will be taken off line Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 3:00 AM until 6:00 AM, as it is upgraded to Epic Spring Version 2021.  The Hyperspace Downtime Read-Only System WILL be available during this time.  Nurse Managers are reminded to print their downtime forms if they have not already done so.
A Virtual EPIC Command Center is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. If you have an Epic question, any inpatient or ambulatory staff member may call the Clinical Support team on Vocera.  Outside callers may reach the team on Vocera by calling 315-464-1400, and when prompted say Clinical Support. Assistance by Clinical Support is always available 24/7, but additional IMT staffing has been added in support of this Upgrade.
