[epicallusers] All Clinical Users: Important changes regarding Shared Notes

[Epic - All users of System]

Starting Monday June 7, 2021:  Notes written by all clinical users will default to "Share with Patient".  Users can uncheck the box and select a reason for not sharing when appropriate.
