[epicallusers] Epigram- Break the Glass issue

We are currently having an issue with break-the-glass appearing for all patients.  We are working to fix this ASAP! In the meantime, it is perfectly ok to break the glass and open the chart to do your work.

As always, you can enter any chart that is appropriate for the work you are doing.
