[epicallusers] Attention Epic Secure Chat Users: Update

[Epic - All users of System]

Effective Wednesday June 2nd, Secure Chat users will no longer get 1:1 messages when marked as unavailable. Group message will still be received.  Users sending important messages will be notified in Haiku/Canto/Rover if message was not read in 5 minutes.
