[epicallusers] Epic Transparent Lockdown - 5PM Friday July 12th through completion on July 14th

Good Afternoon,

Upstate is using the transparent update process to apply new updates to Epic. During the "transparent lockdown" period before the system downtime for updates, you will notice that you cannot make changes that customize certain aspects of your workflows. This is because the transparent update process is updating related data behind the scenes while you continue to use the system.

For SUNY Upstate Medical, the transparent lockdown period will start at 5:00 PM Friday July 12th and last through the completion of the update on July 14th.
