[epicallusers] Effective 02/03/2025: Nonbinary and Genderqueer Gender Identities

Effective February 3, 2025: In Epic, gender identity is used to describe a person’s own internal, deeply held sense of gender.  Gender identity doesn’t always correspond to the patient’s sex assigned at birth or legal sex.  To help efficiently and respectfully collect this information, two more gender identities are available for selection in Epic:  Nonbinary and Genderqueer.
