[epicallusers] Quanum (ChartMaxx) Upgrade - Tuesday, 6/3 3PM-9PM

On Tuesday, 6/3, Quest resources will be upgrading our Quanum (ChartMaxx) application to version 10.  We will begin our Quanum downtime at 3:00 PM and expect to have the system upgraded and delivered back to you by 9:00 PM.



During this upgrade links to ChartMaxx documents in Epic will not open.


If you currently access the Citrix Quanum ECS 2018 client, you can continue to do so using a new Citrix Quanum 10 client.


If you currently access Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions via an application installed on your computer, please leave that computer powered on 6/3-6/4 if possible, and IMT will attempt to push the upgraded client to your PC.
