<p class="MsoNormal"><b>An Important Update to Epic MyChart Results Release Timing<o:p></o:p></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Recent changes to the Federal regulation now require that patients receive their test results in MyChart as soon as the results are available.
<b><u>Starting August 30, 2021</u></b>, <b>patients will receive their results in MyChart
<u>immediately</u></b> <b>after the test is resulted</b> as opposed to a 48-hour auto-release. Patients will receive a MyChart notification that explains they are getting results at the same time as their provider.
