[epicdown] The Epic PRD system will be taken off line this morning at 1:55AM to set the clocks back

Today, November 3, 2019 at 1:55 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), the 
EPIC Production System will be taken off-line for approximately one hour 
and fifteen minutes to set clocks back to Standard time.  The EPIC 
Downtime Read-Only System WILL be available.

The Sunquest Lab Systems will also be unavailable at 1:55 A.M. Eastern 
Daylight Time (EDT) for one hour and five minutes. The system will 
become available again by 2:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
