[epicdown] Downtime COMPLETE: Point Of Care Analyzers 12/22/2021

Systems are back up........

On Wednesday, 12/22/2021 from 08:00 AM to 1:00 PM all interfaced Point of Care analyzers (iSTAT, Glucometer, Clinitek, IDNow, Hemochron and Hemocue) results will not be available in Lab or EPIC while the Point of Care middleware application is being upgraded. Results uploading will be delayed during this time.

All analyzers will be functioning during this downtime and can be used for patient testing. Form F90065 (attached) can be utilized to document all POC results for provider review during this time.

This will affect the Downtown and Community Campuses, Inpatient and Outpatient Clinics. Results will automatically upload into EPIC once the upgrade is complete. Contact Point of Care if you have questions at 315-464-6732<tel:3154646732> for Downtown or 315-492-3663<tel:3154923663> for Community.
