[epicdown] ChartMaxx Upgrade to Quanum - Complete

The ChartMaxx upgrade to Quanum is complete.

Please note that the "ChartMaxx" button in the Chart Review Encounters tab is temporarily NOT functional.  If you previously accessed ChartMaxx via that button, you will need to access ChartMaxx via the Citrix storefront, by clicking on the Quanum icon pictured below.

The button within Epic should be repaired within the next week.
