[epicdown] Laboratory Label printing in non-Collection Manager areas - Please use downtime procedures

Today, Tuesday, August 30, 2022, the laboratory implemented a new Specimen Management, Routing and Tracking (SMART) system.  Implementation of this system in the laboratory has had an unanticipated impact on label printing in some areas that do not use Collection Manager.  Staff may open HEAT tickets or contact the IMT Help Desk to report issues for their area if not previously reported or identified.



If you are experiencing issues with label printing in non-Collection Manager areas, please use downtime procedures.



We are working through issues as quickly as possible, and will notify once resolved.  Thank you for your patience.
