[epicdown] Reminder: Imprivata Workstation Upgrade today, Wednesday June 22, 2022 at 5:00am

IMT will upgrade the majority of Imprivata workstations today, Wednesday June 22, 2022, between 5:00am and 5:35am.  This will NOT impact the ED, OR, Cath Lab, or Radiology floor workstations, and will not impact thin clients.  All other Imprivata workstations, including all hospital unit PCs and Radiologist Reading Workstations, will be rebooted during this time.

Starting at 5:00am, the affected Imprivata Windows workstations will upgrade the Imprivata agent, post a five-minute reboot message, and automatically reboot.  You will be notified to save your work before the automatic reboot.  We will send a notification when the upgrade is complete.  If you experience any issues on an Imprivata workstation after the upgrade, please restart the computer.
