[epicdown] Imprivata Upgrade on Wednesday March 16, 2022 at 4:00am

IMT will upgrade the Imprivata appliances on Wednesday March 16, 2022 between 4:00am and 6:00am.  E-prescribing of controlled substances in Epic will be unavailable during this upgrade.

At approximately 5:05am, all Imprivata clinical workstations will be unavailable for 15 minutes.  You will be notified to save your work and exit the Imprivata workstation.  We will send a notification when the upgrade is complete and e-prescribing of controlled substances is re-enabled.  If you experience any issues on an Imprivata workstation after the upgrade, please restart the computer.
