[epicdown] Reminder: Imprivata Upgrade today, Wednesday March 16, 2022 at 4:00am

IMT will upgrade the Imprivata appliances today, Wednesday March 16, 2022 between 4:00am and 6:00am.  E-prescribing of controlled substances in Epic will be unavailable during this upgrade.

At approximately 5:05am, all Imprivata clinical workstations will be unavailable for 15 minutes.  You will be notified to save your work and exit the Imprivata workstation, after which all Imprivata shared workstations will reboot.  We will send a notification when the upgrade is complete and e-prescribing of controlled substances is re-enabled.  If you experience any issues on an Imprivata workstation after the upgrade, please restart the computer.
