[epicdown] [INFO] Teletracking Hotfix Install - Wed 11/2 - 6AM for 5-10 minutes

On Wednesday 11/2 at 6:00 AM, the TeleTracking system will go down for about 5 to 10 minutes, for a hotfix install, to address minor issues within the application.
