[epicdown] Upgrade complete - Collection Manager Downtime for Upgrade - TODAY May 31, 2023, at 10:00AM

The Collection Manager upgrade is complete.  Users may need to exit Epic and re-launch to resume use of the Lab Collection button in the main Epic toolbar.  Please resume standard specimen collection processes.

TODAY, Wednesday May 31, 2023, the Collection Manager application will undergo an upgrade starting at 10:00AM.  A 60-minute downtime for the Collection Manager application is expected.

During this downtime, Collection Manager (CLM) will not be available and the Lab Collection button [cid:image002.png at 01D993B9.42967610]  in the main toolbar of Epic will not be functional.  Please follow standard downtime procedures for specimen collection at the bedside.  A notice will be sent when the upgrade is complete.
