[epicdown] Intermittent Issues with Epic icon

We are experiencing intermittent issues in which the Epic icon is unavailable through Citrix.   Epic is currently working and available, but IMT staff is trying to identify the root cause.

If you have an issue accessing Epic,  please refresh your Citrix session or restart your computer.
