[epicdown] Reminder: Imprivata Upgrade tomorrow, Wednesday September 27, 2023 at 4:00am

IMT will upgrade the Imprivata appliances tomorrow, Wednesday September 27, 2023 between 4:00am and 6:00am.  E-prescribing of controlled substances in Epic will be unavailable during this time.  We do not expect any impact to Imprivata functionality during this upgrade.

We will send a notification when the upgrade is complete and e-prescribing of controlled substances is re-enabled.  If you experience any issues on an Imprivata workstation after the upgrade, please restart the computer.
