[epicdown] POCT iSTAT Testing Downtime - Monday April 22 09:30AM-11:30AM

Point of Care Testing (POCT) iSTAT testing will have a scheduled downtime Monday, April 22 from 09:30AM - 11:30AM  to migrate the iSTATde application to a new server.

  *   iSTAT instruments will be functional, however patient results will NOT transmit to patient chart during this downtime.
  *   Downtime forms should be utilized to document and report results to providers as needed.

  *   Applies to all locations - UH Downtown campus, Community Campus and Ambulatory Clinics.
  *   All results will auto-file to charts when services are restarted.
