[epicdown] ExtendedCare Telemedicine Platform Outage

Cisco WebEx is having problems with their service, and this is causing ExtendedCare telemedicine visits to fail. Please follow your standard downtime procedures (audio only telemedicine visits are acceptable during this time). Both vendors, Cisco and ExtendedCare are aware of the problem. We are monitoring the situation and will update when the issue has been resolved.
