We had some unexpected circumstances and have been forced to postpone the Corepoint Upgrade/Migration.
We will advise when a new date has been scheduled.

Corepoint Interfaces will be unavailable during an upgrade / migration from 4:30AM to approximately 6:30AM on Sunday, January 28.
Processing of non-urgent labs and radiology orders should be completed prior to 4:30AM or deferred until completion.
Epic will remain available for use during this time. However:
1. ADT will not be sent to lab, PACS, TeleTracking, CBORD Dietary and other ancillary systems.
2. Staff should place orders in Epic as usual. Orders will be delayed in Epic and will be sent to ancillary systems when Corepoint becomes available.
3. Results will be delayed posting to Epic.
4. Laboratory Affected Workflows:
* All Stat results will be faxed and all Critical results will be called.
* Results to Epic - All Stat results will be faxed and all Critical results will be called.
* Lab Collect will NOT be available during this downtime. Please follow standard downtime procedures.
* Point of Care (POC) testing will be available during this downtime, however results will not transmit and be available in Epic until the downtime is complete. Testing may require a Downtime Override for patient identification. Please re-dock all POC instruments to ensure all results are filed to Epic after the upgrade is complete.

1. PACS/ Radiology staff will have to manually correct accession numbers in PACS. Images will be visible in PACS.
2. Inpatient ED and OBIX monitoring will not be sent to Epic. Nurses will need to manually enter vitals.
3. Anesthesia should follow downtime procedures.
4. vRad should follow downtime procedures.
* Radiology staff will manually add missing patient/study information in the vRad portal during the downtime.
A notice will be sent when this is complete.
