[epicdown] ExtendedCare Outage

ExtendedCare is having problems with their service, and this is causing telemedicine visits to fail. Please follow your standard downtime procedures. ExtendedCare is aware of the problem. We are monitoring the situation and will update when the issue has been resolved.
