[epicdown] REMINDER: Epic Production System Downtime SUNDAY November 3rd, 2024 ; 0155-0300; Read Only System will be available

EPIC PRODUCTION

On Sunday, November 3, 2024, at 1:55 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), the EPIC Production System will be taken off-line for approximately one hour and fifty-five minutes to set clocks back to Standard time. The EPIC Downtime Read-Only System WILL be available.

LAB SYSTEM

The Sunquest Lab Systems will also be unavailable at 1:55 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) for one hour and ten minutes. The system will become available again by 2:05 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST).



POINT OF CARE DEVICES

All Point of Care devices including Glucometers, iSTATs, Hemochrons and Hemocues must be downloaded/uploaded successfully by connecting to the network to update for the time change Sunday 11/3/24 at 2:05 AM. Verify each device has been updated before testing occurs.



Clinitek, IDNow and Afinion users should verify the time has updated on the home screen. If not, power analyzer off and then back on.
